You now have an opportunity to play the course where pros and top amateurs compete. Colonial Charters hosted the Carolinas' Open in 1992, the Hurricane Professional Golf Tour and The Myrtle Beach open in 1994. Also, Colonial Charters is annually the site for the Carolinas' PGA Senior Professional Championship, the NCAA "BIG SOUTH" Conference Championship and the Myrtle Beach Invitational. It is known best for its immaculately maintained tees and greens.
 This course boasts the "fastest Bermuda greens" on the Strand. Built on 185 acres of Carolina Pines interlaced with Dogwoods, Holly and natural hardwoods. Bermuda greens and fairways. Well known for their outstanding practice facilities & club repair staff. A recently remodeled clubhouse with an expanded bar and grill offers the perfect place for a little post-match relaxation.
It also features one of the "Dream Holes" as voted each year by Myrtle Beach golf enthusiasts, (#18), and has a reputation for being very popular for Junior play.

Take Harrelson Boulevard to Highway 17 Bypass, Make a Right onto Highway 17 Bypass and head North until Route 501, Merge onto Route 501 North towards Conway, Take 501 N. until you get to Highway 31 (Carolina Bays Parkway), Take Highway 31 North until the end, At the end merge Left onto Highway 9 West towards Dillon, Go through 1st Traffic light and the course is .5 mile on the Right
